“My husband is a Federal GS13 employee. Update , We have now switched all of our Medications from Walgreens to HCC in Raeford. Not sure why we were denied services when first moving to the area. The staff and pharmacist are kind and helpful. I haven’t asked them why they denied us at first? Absolutely a great pharmacy. Small hometown service with a smile . Thank You , HCC Pharmacy. ?? pharmacist here would not help or fill our prescriptions? We waited and even came back 4 days later for them to order medicine. They told us that they couldn't help us twice. The second time their computers were supposedly down for the whole day. Their exact words after waiting for 4 days . Unbelievable ! We also haved lived in Raeford for over 2 years. What is wrong with people?”

“We were brand new patients and came in within the closing hour after trying to get my daughters prescription filled at Walmart with no luck (on her birthday non the less ?) . They were very accommodating and tried their hardest to get it done before closing, we just happened to get lucky that it was finished before they had to close. Shout out to the woman, I believe her name was Christine! She was amazing and very kind. I appreciate the dedication, we will be returning patients!”
“I went to drop off and had to wait a little bit because Natasha was helping someone on the phone. I overheard her replies, and she was very patient, informative and caring. I was really impressed. When she helped me, she saw my insurance didn't cover a prescription and called the urgent care right then and there. She went above and beyond not just for me but for the over-the-phone customer. Natasha NEEDS A RAISE!! Even with having to wait for the new prescription, I got checked out within 20 minutes. I am so impressed, and will come back again. A wonderful employee can make the whole company.”
