I ordered a Nora Fleming ornament for my platter and received a nightmare before Christmas ornament. I messaged them many of times and even tried calling store and no one was of help. Be careful ordering from here

Does not honor medical exemptions for masks which is illegal. Susan and Jaye are very unaware of the law. They cited the mandate and yet wouldn’t adhere to the part in the mandate that demands that businesses allow medical exemptions. Privately owned does not mean discrimination is legal. Wonderful Hallmark store with a wide selection of cards and gift items. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and I also like the fact that there’s a Post Office inside the store.
