“They always have what I need, if you don't see it, ask. I needed pork belly for poor man's burnt ends (pork belly instead of chuck, it's way better.) I ask and they slice out exactly what I need. They aren't grumpy about questions like the big blue box with the yellow asterisk. The line might be long some days, but there is plenty to look at (and buy) while waiting.”
