“Called North State Gas to request service on my ventless gas logs. They sent a technician out the very next morning. That Tech, Calib, was SUPER. He cleaned the unit, repaired the problem, and spent a good amount of time with me explaining how the unit worked and what I could/should do to maintain it. Kudos to North State and special thanks to Calib.”
