We loved our visit to Newgrass. We had enjoyed their smoothie sour beers in Raleigh for a while but it was great to be here in person. Loved the Nashville Chicken sandwich, the smash burger and the libations as well as the quaint town of Shelby.

We were sad to see some of our old food favorites retired with the recent menu changes, this last vist we had great food again! Slider burgers and of course sours!
Belgian and Hop forward inspired brewpub located in historic Uptown Shelby, North Carolina serving incredible IPA’s, Sours, Stouts & Farmhouse Ales complimented by a delicious locally sourced full food menu. Note: our restaurant closes on Saturday's at 3:00 pm and opens back up at 5:00 pm for the evening. On Sundays our restaurant opens at 12:00 noon and closes at 4:00 pm. Tasting room hours are as posted.
