First, you have to remember that this store is in an old building. Second, it is an outlet store. I frequently shop here. I find the employees to be friendly and helpful.

Avoid this place! Walked in the store and had a question about shoes and look for an employee for over 20 min and apparently there was no one in the store but another customer so we just sat them down and left....
