“I went to Quest in mid December to get some blood work done. Upon arrival, the staff told me that since the order was made in a different state, they could not access it and I would need to have my doctor re-send it to the Supply location. I apologized for wasting their time and both were gracious, giving me a fax number to give to my doctors. I called my doctors office and they said they would send over the orders.Early January I returned to the Quest location only to find that nothing had arrived. Nita was the employee on duty and was more than understanding, promising to call me back when the order arrived.Two days later, after a stern call to my doctor’s office, I received a call from Quest that the order had arrived.I went the next day to find that for whatever reason, the doctor had sent roughly 30 pages worth of information. Michelle was gracious while she looked for the necessary information, even though it ended up being well past closing time.Despite the circumstances, both employees were kind, efficient, and diligent in working with me. The location is clean and socially distant, and the employees follow COVID protocols well.”
