“Went to O'Riley Wingate to get a battery installed in my Mom's 2014 Focus the employee told me they couldn't do it because the computer on the car would have to be reset.I left from there & went to Advance in Monroe was told there that it was kind of a hassle to install one on that year of the Focus & they just didn't install them if it wasn't easy to do. I asked the employee at Monroe Advance how was Wadesboro able to install the battery in my Mom's car 5 years ago & he said Mike at Advance in Wadesboro was known to go above the call of duty to help customers. I thanked him & left & arrived at Wadesboro Advance . Mike had left for the day. When I entered that store I was taken care of by 3 of the nicest employees . The young man who installed the battery was so genuine caring & really saved the day for me. He was AWESOME !!!! Mike I would like to say you have a good crew that was was working there today on August 30 2025 around 4 or 4:30. Your store ROCKS with 5 star customer service!!!
