We loved our stay at the Ivy. Karen was very accommodating and kind. The rooms are very nice - we booked the suite and it was nicely appointed for our family. Lovely location in historic Warrenton. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and the inn keepers were so pleasant. We had wonderful conversation over the English breakfast and delicious tea. If ever in the area again, we would definitely stay at the Ivy!

We arrived late at the Ivy after a long day of driving and Karen welcomed us as if we were family! The home is incredible! Bed was comfy and breakfast with Karen was delightful! For the same price as a hotel we were treated as old friends and got to stay in a beautiful historic home!! Highly highly recommend!!
