“Larry and Randy are absolutely amazing guys! We broke down on a road-trip and we’re completely stranded, rear wheel bearings were completely shot and traction was Dangerously bad and speed sensor got chewed up. They took us in immediately, got parts quickly, and worked nonstop until they were able to get us back on the road. Parts were completely seized and rusted together, and they did everything they could and worked HARD to get my car in working order for us to get home safely. All this while giving us a place to hang out for the day, keeping us entertained with friendly conversation and informed of what was going on, and even offering snacks. “Jerry and the crew were amazing! I was 2.5 hours away from home and ended up on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire and to my surprise, there wasn't a spare to be found at all! I started calling AAA and kept getting transferred to different branches as I nervously sat in my car with 18 wheelers flying by me at 80+ MPH. I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere with them so I finally decided to just call a local tire shop in hopes they could help with a quicker solution so I could make it home to my family in one piece. Luckily this was the first place I called and Jerry answered! Not only did he get me hooked up with a local tow service to his shop but he also called around everywhere to try and find a tire that would fit my vehicle when he realized they didn't have stock. The team wanted to help me get me home so they were kind enough to work my vehicle in alot faster than they would for routine service and I was back on the road in no time! To make things even better, I was surprised that the bill was less than $25 since they realized that they could actually patch the tire and not replace it, which would be probably 8x that price if not more! In this day and age, it's hard to find a service station with hard working, honest and empathetic staff so hopefully this helps makes your choice easier the next time you need service and your near Williamston.”

“I went for the yearly required NC State Inspection. My expectation, when I drove in, was that I would have to set an appointment for this service but to my surprise, they went ahead and signed me in for the inspection.The clerk at the counter was professional and polite, and not just towards me. I heard the same as he was dealing with other customers.The waiting area was roomy and clean, and as anyone that has ever waited for auto service at some garages, can be a rare thing to find.My car inspection was done with a minimal wait.Very pleased with the experience.”

“I dont care how far you have to drive, its worth it. Be prepared to make life long friends the moment you walk in the door. This isnt a dealership like any in 2023. Really feels like 1988 inside the dealership where the sales department wants to get to know you more then what your credit score is or how much money you got. Even if not the most profitable deal for them they going to do what it takes to make you happy. Very Refreshing in today's market where everyone else seems more worried about how much money they going to make off you.
