Very Rude lady who answered my call. Told me the number was her personal # and couldn't talk. That's not the problem. The problem is she was mean and rude to me. I got their name from a local church. Don't need that kind of help.
From Cape Fear Volunteer Center
The Cape Fear Volunteer Center matches agencies, businesses and individuals with service opportunities in Southeastern NC. We do this through direct and indirect services, including the Big Buddy Program, which is mentoring for at-risk youth 5 to 17; CareNet, tries to help people who are about to fall through the net of society by offering resources that they may be able to connect with; National Days of service, this includes National make a Difference Day, National Volunteer Week, Dr. Martin Luther King Day and more. Our main reason for existing is to match people with opportunities that they would like to share their time and skills with. We are also the home of community service opportunities, through partnering with attorneys.
