“I went to Advanced Auto Parts this evening because I was having issues with my car battery draining. The first person I spoke to, Pilar, was seemingly helpful at first, but then came to a quick conclusion that the battery could be the only problem, although the battery was just replaced 6 months beforehand. He started to wheel a new battery out, but it didn’t seem right, so I got the other employee working to take a look at it. Jason was phenomenal. He helped me determine that the issue was not the battery, but there was something in my car that was still running even after I had turned off the car and drained the battery. Looking back at it now, it seemed like Pilar was just trying make a sale, but Jason was truly helpful and found the real issue with my vehicle.
