“I have been a customer with Renae and State Farm for 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience with her or any of her staff. Everyone is polite, professional, and punctual. They're extremely informed in all aspects of insurance. Always trying to get you the best deals and working towards what YOU want. Regardless of what that is. If it's in Renae's powers, she will do it for you. Or tell you how to go about it.I get called in at least once a year to go over information and keep up-to-date on policies and savings. Today was that day for me, and it was a truly wonderful experience, as usual.Renae really does her homework and can answer any question or concern head on. “The good: Lukus was awesome. Provided great service, was very knowledgeable and able to show me some health insurance plans that far surpassed my employer provided benefits at a better price. Super professional and friendly.The bad: I almost didn’t get that far because I came SO close to walking out before I even met my agent. When I came in there was another agent (who I could identify by the board but decided not to on my review) who was incredibly unprofessionally demeaning the two front desk people (Eldin and Ashley) in such a fashion that I very nearly walked out. There is no circumstance in which you should talk to your employees like stupid little children, ma’am - but NEVER in front of a customer/client (while ignoring the customer in the process). Take these conversations into a conference room and talk to them like respected adults. If this is the norm at the agency you will run the risk of losing two bright and promising young people to the EXTREMELY competitive job market of Bismarck ND.Thank you for the 5 star service Lukus.
