“I was worried about having to go to another place when the place I normally go to closed.
I was so happy that they helped me right away and honored the work that was previously done. Very polite and patient 😃”
“Brought RV in for tires to be checked. They recommended replacing all 6 tires due to age of tires. Also they did an alignment and found that was the cause of LF tire going bad. Now driving down the road the RV is smooth. Great service and would recommend!!”

“Saturday night about 8:30 pm we had the unfortunate event of a raccoon running in front of the motorhome and damaging the driver's tire air valve stem, pulled to the side of the road and attempted to call after hours emergency tire place. Just as it was looking like our luck had run out for assistance, Evan called and came out to get us back on the road. I really appreciate his response and hard work.”

“Had quotes and attempted repair from other places. This place was amazing. They fixed the vehicle fast and cheaper than anyone else in town. The customer server ice was amazing. Communication on what was going on was spot on. Will recommend anyone and everyone to choose this place over anywhere else in town.”
“Very good service. came in and was in a rush for a new valve stem. but also needed tires. got everything for a good price. very welcoming would definitely go again.”
“We had a vehicle have bearings go out on our pickup a mile from there one evening. My husband called and left them a message seeing if we could get it in the next day. Al called him back, before their posted opening hours and got him in that morning. We asked if I could get new tires and oil change also, as long as we had to make the trip back to Bismarck. They got both vehicles in and taken care of that very same day. They are awesome!!! Thank you guys so much!”
“I had made an appointment to have front ball joints and sway bars replaced on my vehicle but wanted to take it in ahead of time to make sure there was nothing else wrong and no other parts were needed for the front beings Ed's was not the one that told me about the front. Good thing I did because there was a part on the rear that was worse then the front. The staff was very nice. Hands down for this family owned business. 100% recommend them.”

“I received truly "honest service" at the south NWTIRE location. A mechanical and technical issue with a machine was indicating to the mechanics that my alignment was spot on, but upon ruining a new set of tires within a couple thousand miles I went back to the shop. They didn't try to come up with any excuses or try to lay any blame on me. They fixed my alignment and bought me two new tires @ no charge. This blew my mind! Its very rare to find a shop with enough integrity to back up there work after you leave the parking lot. It was an honest mistake and they fixed it. The machine that did the initial alignment has been replaced with a new one. I Defiantly will be going back to let the crew wrench on all my vehicles and recommend them to anyone I talk to. I cant thank you enough for getting my truck going down the road strait again plus bringing a little faith back in humanity as well!!
BIG THANKS to Kris and Crew!”
“I put my trust in Troy to pull and reinstall the motor in our 69 camaro. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. He took care of our car as if it were his own and for that I can't thank him enough. He was highly recommended and I can see why!
Thanks again Troy!

“July 1st in the morning my trailer tire blowed up, this shop was near the interstate, and they took care of it asap ( I went to their shop). No complaints in service. Everybody there was polite.
Left tip $20 to the guy who worked in my trailer with his coworker.”

“Seriously, these guys have my upmost respect. They have worked on my last 2 vehicles and the service has been fantastic, timely, affordable and the communication is outstanding. These guys are legit and they work hard to achieve this standard. 10/10 highly recommended”
“We saw a vehicle on their website we were interested in one night and got a call first thing the next morning from Zach. He was so great to work with and so patient with my kids while we were waiting on paperwork. We also worked with Mike who walked us through all the loan questions and scenarios we thought to ask him about. We are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend Togerson!”
“We are on our family vacation and blew a tire just outside of Bismarck. It’s July 3 so we called hoping to get help, but knowing that it might not get done due to the holiday. We were incredibly happy and pleasantly surprised with not only exceptional customer service, but also in how quick and efficient they were getting our tire replaced and us back out onto the road. I highly suggest using Northwest tire for all your tire repair needs and ask for Al Christian, He is the best to work with! Friendly, quality service, really nice lounge & store to wait while they work.”

“Absolutely great experience with Trusted Tire. Cody and his team provided exceptional customer service while going above and beyond to find us the tire we needed and get us back on the road in no time. They kept us moving in less than an hour after getting a flat as we were passing through Bismarck. Would highly recommend!”
