(My preferred mode of communication) Our representative made himself readily available to assist with any questions and/or concerns. He also took time to email me suggestions from their inventory! Initially, we were set on getting a Buick Enclave. However, during our scheduled visit, we found the perfect vehicle which is a 2018 GMC Yukon XL Denali. “Our truck lost a massive amount of antifreeze in the parking lot of our motel while we were ice fishing. Since we were being picked up/dropped off each day by our guide service, we didn't notice the problem until the night before we had to leave on a 10 hour drive back home....on new years eve no less. Frantic calls for help were answered by Merlin at Harold's, who kindly found a way to fit us into his busy schedule. Between diagnosing, searching for parts, and installing/testing the repair, he had us on the road within a couple of hours!! Very fair and patient gentleman, and we made it home safely before the winter storm hit our home area later that night into New Years day. We can't thank you enough Merlin!”

“Last June of 2022, I had dual exhaust glass packs put on my 2006 Ford F-150 4x4 pickup. This was the third pickup I have taken to Exhaust Pros in Devils Lake, ND to get some sound put on them. The staff were friendly and treated me with respect which is very important to me. Prior to coming in, I called over the phone and was quoted an out the door price and when I came in for my appointment, they stuck to that quoted out the door price. The work was quality as the technician took the time to measure my pipes so that they were even on both sides. That was important to me as well as I have seen some guy's pipes that were uneven and they just look tacky. But not with Exhaust Pros, they made sure that my pipes were even and they sound incredibly good! It was exactly the sound that I was looking for on my v8. Not too loud and not too soft. Just right! Thank you Exhaust Pros! If you are in the market for some pipes with good sound, go to Exhaust Pros in Devils Lake, ND.”

“Haulin cows and had a blowout on the trailer. Came into the Walmart Auto center and these guys helped us out big time. They were closing down but said they would stay late after we told them the pickle we were in. They fixed up that trailer tire lickty split and we had them cows haulin down the highway in no time. I easily picked up the car at Devils Lake Airport and saw that it was a brand new For EcoSport. I drove it to Lake of the Woods, Minnesota and drove it around for a week. Then drove back to Devils Lake and dropped it off at the airport. The car was very easy to rent from U-Save and I recommend them.Steve Jensen”

“I ran over a round object which bent the wheel of my 2006 Toyota Camry while traveling to Devil's Lake for a family reunion. I called Lake Toyota on Friday and they ordered a new wheel. It was shipped to them overnight and they texted me Saturday morning at 7:30 AM that the part had arrived and that they had an opening at 9:00 AM. It was installed by 10:00 AM. Chris, the parts manager and Dawn, the cashier, were very friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. Thank you for the excellent service.”
