It's small but has recently expanded. They have enough equipment to handle any type of work out you do. It's never crowded, and the owners are very nice and approachable.

Great place! Lincoln Nutrition just next door then daycare after that It's a good set up especially for Moms who wanted a time for themselves in the gym. It is open 24/7 so you can choose the time you want at any day.

Love going to this gym. They have 24 hour access, it's always clean, and I don't usually have to wait for a machine. The owners aren't too bad either
