“The employees at this place have been nothing but transparent and helpful throughout. I bought my elderly relative a truck to drive on his farm. They helped us find a suitable vehicle for him in consideration of his age and abilities. Emmit Brooks was patient and kind with the whole process.
After a couple years my relative could not drive anymore and we had to cancel the service contract. I called and was asking for information so I could submit my request to cancel and get my refund. Emmit called me right back and offered to take care of it all for me. That is the kind of service I pay for.

“I am a old woman traveling across the country alone, driving a MINI Cooper. Mike was very helpful, getting my car in immediately so Sean could run a quick check on the code and noticeable chugging that started at Teddy Roosevelt Park. There were 8 codes... a parts store only found 1. I called a retired master auto tech friend of mine, who confirmed that a P0301 (#1 cylinder misfire - spark plug or coil pack, most likely) will be accompanied by about 6 other codes of possible cascading problems. That gave me confidence in the reading reported by the diagnosis at Peak Automotive.
The next day, after Mike came over to WallyWorld to jump the MINI whose battery went dead after a night of me sleeping in the car, the car was in the shop. Clif, the owner, said they would work the repair into the schedule, knowing I was traveling.
Since MINI parts are not readily available anywhere, let alone in the middle of ND, and my trip was time sensitive, I found a bus to my destination in 45 minutes. The nice lady in the office said no problem, she'd get one of the guys to take me the 15 minutes over to Bismarck. Believe it or not, Sean got me to the station with time to spare!
I'd like to be able to give you a report of the mechanical work, but it turned out, after clearing the codes and driving it for 2 days, that none of them came back on! No one tried to sell me a fix I didn't need. What I can say is that Shawn purchased the speciality tools necessary to do the plugs and coil, knowing - based on codes read by 2 different readers - that was going to be the minimum work necessary.
If I needed a shop, this would be my go-to place.”

“100/10!!! My door got bent outward due to a locksmith needing to pry it open when I locked my keys inside the door. They fixed, good as new, and did not charge me!!!! They were so kind and considerate. I recently moved so my car was a mess inside, but I did not feel judged by them. They also installed holes in the front bumper so I could comply with ND laws and have a front license plate (cars sold on the East coast do not always come with them due to a front license plate not being required in all states.). Again FREE OF CHARGE!!! I will defiantly go back for anything my Subaru needs!!! Thank you for making my stressful life slightly less stressful!!”

“I found out I had a flat tire yesterday - my husband took my tire off and put the donut on - so I went to NW tire Friday morning around 8:30 am to have the tire fixed - at 10:00 am they called me and told me it was unfixable and I would have to have a new tire put on so we opted to do two new tires. I went straight to Northwest tire got my car in at about 1115 and by 12 o’clock noon I was out of there with two new tires and a low price. The gentleman that are working in there are just awesome. I recommend Northwest tire in Mandan”
