“Had a bad experience with jiffy lube on Washington st do not go there I do recommend jim he was very helpful and knew what he was doing we had a squealing noise from our belt after we got it changed at Walmart Walmart refused to fix unless we got a letter from another auto place in the area went jiffy lube they tried to fix it and made it worse a couple months go by and it got plunder so went to the shop to get the right stuff to put on it and Jim helped us out and fix the problem so highly recons this place and I’ve also got some other work done there on my vehicle and was not disappointed.”

“System alerted for sevicing the tire monitoring system on my Equinox and given the below zero temperatures we've had the last few days, I was able to get in quicker than expected when I called about the issue. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. They also put new batteries in both my key fobs, as it had been a while since they'd last been replaced. I'm always pleased with the service and would recommend them.”

They really do make you feel welcomed and at home.Today’s goal was getting an estimate for a repair (broken exterior handle on a ‘11 Sierra) Bryant always goes above and beyond and today was no different. He got it taken off, reported the problem and estimate to me prior to repair. The price was absolutely reasonable, he asked me if i’d like it done now; I was in and out in 30-45 mins with my repair done.”

“This review is about 7 months overdue The service at this dealership is exceptional, above, and beyond. I am from the east coast. My daughter was traveling across the country when her car broke down in the Dakotas. It was a mess. The head gasket went, and the engine was damaged. Due to the warranty my daughter went ahead with the repairs, but it was a waiting game because of the extent, and my daughter had to be at a job in Wyoming.The manager Brad Williams, and his crew helped my daughter, and me every step of the way. Calls were returned promptly. Clear communication was given. I just can't thank Brad, and his staff enough for helping my daughter out of a very tough jam that could have been made worse, but instead went as smoothly as possible thanks to this exceptional staff.”
