“I’m quite shocked by the bad reviews since I have NEVER had a bad time here. The cashiers at the front (or anywhere in store) are always so sweet and help however they can. The pharmacy can be busy, I expect that. My phone calls are always returned quickly , when I call I’m put on a brief hold and whoever is on the phone does a great job with helping. I had an issue with my last refill (my drs fault) and the pharmacy was able to help get it figured out quickly. As long as I’m in cole harbour this will be my pharmacy.”

“We have been using Costco pharmacy for about a year now. Other than that they’re very busy there we have had zero problems The staff are always helpful and the pharmacists give good advice on our meds. The price beats any other drugstore. We use the app to order our meds online, and it makes ordering and having refills ready when we come. We highly recommend them.”

“We are regular users of this pharmacy service. Our issue has to do with the change to access to the pharmacy, due to the virus. It seems that some thought be given to re-opening to the original access-so that users, many who are seniors, do not have the long trek from the parking lot, through the entire store, and back. BTW service at the pharmacy is still great.”

“This is one of the best pharmacy care locations. No matter which pharmacy assistant or pharmacist helps you, they are always kind, professional, and very well organized. About an hour earlier, I had gone to another big brand chain pharmacy. Even though they accepted walk-ins and I was the only patient there, the staff seemed unwilling to help and largely ignored my situation instead of providing care, they simply told me to make an appointment and come back several hours later. On my way home, I happened to pass by Lawtons and decided to give it a try. I was genuinely surprised by how willing the staff were to pause their work and help me deal with my health issue. Their compassion and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m very grateful for their care.”

“I would rate 5 stars but its very hard to because every time I go here Im usually harassed by people for money. They usually float around my car and wait for me to get out. There were numerous times used needles were on the ground in the parking lot. I helped a lady once who had a cut on her hand, she was homeless so I bought her a first aid kit and helped her. That scenario I have no problem, as well as giving people food ( which I do often) with but the others looking for drug money, I cannot enable someone to continue to hurt themselves.”
