Sabrina’s meditation class was amazing. Her presence is calming, I left feeling so refreshed. The studio is so cute! Can’t wait to come back.

I love this studio! Hot ? power is my favorite but I have also enjoyed the slow flows and the variety of Barre and Pilates. I have not tried the reformer yet, but that is next on my list!! Thank you Lisa for sticking with it through the pandemic, it's great to see the studio flourish!!

The studio is bright and beautiful, class sizes are small and personal, and instructors are encouraging and fun. As a first timer to a studio I have been very impressed with and thankful for the help everyone has provided.
