“I rented a 1bed/1bath with loft townhouse here for 2 years. It was the absolute best place to live. Convenient, clean, well maintained, excellent staff. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The pool is wonderful, great neighbors. I wish I didn’t have to move! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice place to live.”

“Crocker is fantastic with a variety of stores. I got Esporta here and I love it. Dont be intimidated. There is no ‘bro culture’. No judgement. People keep to themselves. Staff is friendly. The Trader Joe’s is convenient. The parking garage near the two of these is my biggest issue. It is so narrow and the people who drive large vehicles… truck owners, I’m looking at you… go zooming through there with no regard to the danger they are to the everyone. Wish there were cameras or actual security in the garage to curb that situation. The corners are blind turns and my vehicle is a larger SUV and I’m courteous and cautious because I don’t need a headache. Anyhow, enjoy your shopping. All the good food. Oh and do watch out for some bizarre pick pocket thing that has been happening at Trader Joe’s. Unfortunate that people are such desperate scum.”

“I have been a resident at Hunter's Chase since November 2020. I absolutely love it here. Maintenance has been wonderful every single time I call. Andrew and Wilkins were here to replace a screen door and an air filter on 4/28. Even though the request was not an emergency, they were on-site and had the issues completely fixed within a couple hours of submitting the request. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Love these guys! They are always pleasant and smiling when I see them out and about, even in frigid winter conditions. Along with the beautiful grounds and apartments, the staff both office and maintenance make Hunters Chase a place I am proud to call home!UPDATE 11/5/2021 - Google will only let me review Hunters Chase once but I had another great experience with Wilkens and Andrew. The original work request was to replace 6 tiles in the bathtub but they went ahead and replaced the whole wall. They did a beautiful job. It took a little longer than expected to get the tiles in once the request was submitted but that would be my only complaint. Wilkens and Andrew were friendly and polite through the whole process. They are a true asset to the hunters chase maintenance team.UPDATE 5/25/2023 - I had another amazing experience at Hunters Chase. I moved away for a year and then came back because the apartments and staff are so nice. Sadly, Wilkens is no longer on the maintenance team but Emil Puscas still works in the office as the leasing agent. This past week I had a digital piano delivered and panicked when it arrived because it was very heavy and I live on the second floor. I submitted a maintenance request for help with carrying it up even though that’s not a standard ask. Within 15 minutes Emil was at my door and helped me carry the piano up. As a leasing agent he went above and beyond to assist me. I was so grateful for his help. 5 stars for Emil. He’s kind, professional and responsive.”

“Been here for 2 years. I unfortunately have to move because of health reasons. If you have a problem, the maintenance staff is right on top of it, and the Management are good at listening if you have a issue. I have been lucky and had good neighbors, if you want to talk..they will, or they will just let you be. I hope my next place will be as good as this one.”

“I stayed there between Nov 21-Nov 22 and I miss it already. It was by far the best apartment I’ve lived at. Kennedy in the office is amazing and so are the other staff members. If I ever move back to Ohio, I’ll definitely come and live there again.”

When Putting in work orders they quickly get the job done! I'm going to miss being there & I had good neighbors!! From the very beginning, Christie went above and beyond to make sure we had an easy and seamless moving process. She was insightful, caring, and patient with all of our questions and even let us come back to take measurements a few times before our move-in date. The maintenance team has been great - they are quick and easy to work with. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We definitely see ourselves here for a while! We would recommend this great neighborhood to anyone.”
