“I have rented here for almost 5 yrs. This place is great. Lots of green space, trails, and wild life. I had 3 bald eagles circling above me a couple of weeks ago. A half mile from lake Erie and the boat ramp at Miller park. The pool is great and we are getting a new hot tub this summer. The place is quiet and safe. Im in a condo and I hear northing from my neighbors the entire time I've been here.
Fantastic staff!! Dave and his team are great to work with. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

“A small city within a city. This is how I see Crocker Park. A long street and a wide variety of cafes and shops. Summer areas and fast food. If you want to buy something, please go shopping. If you're hungry, choose a cafe for every taste. If you don't want to go to a cafe, street food won't leave you indifferent either. Or just take a walk along the long street with beautiful places”
“LOVE all the options for shopping as well as essentials like groceries and pet care items. Kind staff in the leasing office as well as A TON of fun events year-round. Definitely recommend living near. Attentive maintenance crew is always available to help if needed. Security also does a great job of managing the place”

If you have a problem, the maintenance staff is right on top of it, and the Management are good at listening if you have a issue. I have been lucky and had good neighbors, if you want to talk..they will, or they will just let you be. I hope my next place will be as good as this one.”
