Went to see the Queen movie and the IMAX theater had no heat. I had to stay as it was the last show available. I talked to customer service and they gave me a pass for a future movie.

This movie theater has some of the most plushy and comfy seats, ever! The seats recline and also have the option to be heated when you want to be extra cozy. It definitely enhanced our movie experience. Also, if you're using the Cinemark app, you're able to pre-order your snacks to decrease wait times in line, too!

Alcohol is pricey, but overall a great experience. Would love for them to bring back free refills on popcorn.
