“Professional, patient, kind and caring are just a few of the words I would use to describe my experience with Global Natural Stones LLC. My wife and I decided to redo our 20+ year old kitchen. It was way out of date; the Formica countertops were in bad need of replacement. My wife wanted to replace the countertops with granite or quartz. She was very unsure of the color, and the type of stone to use.After searching every place we could find in a 40 mile radius of our home, we came upon Global Natural Stones. Right from the start when we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. We told the team right up front that we had no idea what we wanted, and today we were just looking. All the team members were eager to help answer questions, and then give us space to just look at the stone and color. We took many pictures and asked a bunch of questions. All questions were answered with kind and detailed responses.We decided to purchase from Global Natural Stones. Their team to remove the old counter top was five-star service. You see, we kind of did this backwards. I had our cabinets painted. And before that our kitchen project started with a back-splash that I installed (not knowing that this was just the start of our little project). So when the crew came to remove the old counter tops, I was so afraid they would have to remove the bottom row of tile I so carefully laid just a few months earlier. To my great joy the removal crew took their time and removed the old counter top without any damage to my backsplash.The install of my new quartz counter top went in just as smoothly. The install crew worked with precision, and patience even thought was very late on a Friday afternoon before they were able to arrive. I could not be happier with my new quartz counter top. It looks GREAT! I highly recommend Global Natural Stones LLC for their quality of supply, their exceptional sales and installation staff!”

I told him that I needed work done right away. Jason gave me a reasonable and fair quote for the job. Martin arrived and began work immediately. I was pleased with Martin’s efficient work. “I shopped around quite a bit before deciding which supplier we would go with for our new kitchen countertops. When I first arrived I couldn’t find anyone despite the door being open, so I called. Someone answered and said his brother was probably working in the back. He called him and had him come up. He invited me in the back where he showed me around his shop and gave me a tour of the facility, including showing me how they cut the slabs, and some current projects. The bothers were friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience and our counters turned out perfect. Not to mention, they were hundreds of dollars less than the nearest competitors for the same style slabs. The installation was quick and easy. I’m not the best with words, but I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for countertops!”

But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! “Nice place, one of my favorite well stocked menards they usually have everything I need than other hardware stores. I have noticed if it says they have something in stock with maybe less than 5 left they usually don't have it and never took it out of there system. The prices is usually cheaper than other places as well. The only problem they have is the employees sees a customer and avoids them as much as possible.”
