I’m not going to lie, I’m a last minute person, so had transfers on Friday i needed no later than Monday and i ran out of time for them to be shipped. I called all around, and Don was so great and the only one that could help me! I had the transfers the very next day. He saved me and accommodated to me being last minute, which is not his responsibility. I will be using them for all my future shirt making business!!!”

“I had a great experience at this FedEx Office. The staff member was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. He checked on me while I was using the self-service copier to make sure everything was going okay, and later helped me send some important documents internationally.
He carefully confirmed the complicated Japanese address with me, explained the shipping options and cost before proceeding, and was very patient with my limited English. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated.
