“Excellent service. I did need to wait about a week before they would be able to fix my car, but it was very much worth it. All at a fair price, too.They fixed problems that had been caused by another mechanic’s poor work on a faster timeline than I expected, and made sure to take good care of me and my car. Even though I got my car back quickly, they were able to properly diagnose the issue, and took the time to make sure their work had been done properly. “Checked out of my hotel this morning to the low tire light in my car. I used the inflator that I packed and went to NTB. Poor gentleman informed me that it would be the end of the day before he could get to it. Recommended that I go here to see if I can get faster service. Definitely appreciate the honesty and it was well worth the little bit of extra hassle to go down the street. Upon arrival I was Immediately approached by the staff inquiring about what I needed help with. I pointed at the suspect tire and they went to work. The tire was able to be patched and I was back on the road in 30 minutes (if that, but I was the only customer there at the moment). The guy that did most of the work even went to the trouble of making sure the bead surface on the rim was clean. They visually checked the rest and set my tire pressures. Enjoyed the vintage vibe this shop has. I'm writing this after reaching my destination nearly 100 miles away.”

“Super helpful. I just walked and asked about tires and needing help on finding the size. They were able to get me in right away. I also had a dentist appointment, that morning. They had one of their guys drive me up and then told me to call when I'm done they would come get. It was a rough Sunday and Monday morning, them going beyond by helping me get to my appointment so I didn't have to keep driving on the spare was amazing. “This review is for the automotive department. I had summer tires placed on my truck by a local tire shop. Even after returning to that local tire shop with serious concerns, they failed to properly balance and inflate my tires. I called Sam’s Automotive and explained what had happened. The men at Sam’s Automotive got me scheduled that day and not only checked out my truck, but balanced my tires appropriately and made sure they were inflated correctly. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would. I hope the manager reads this and gives these men a raise. I didn’t catch their names, but I’d love to give them a huge THANK YOU!”

“I would give Charlie 100 stars if I could! He went above and beyond to help us when we were stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere.We were on a cross-country roadtrip when our rental car broke down very far from where we needed to get to. AAA originally quoted a 2 hour wait as they said it would be difficult to find a tow truck driver who’d be willing to drive all the way out to retrieve us and tow us the free 100 miles towards our destination. A few short minutes later, Charlie called saying he could leave immediately and be there in 30 minutes.Charlie was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make the whole experience as painless as possible. After towing our car the 100 miles to the nearest rest stop, not only did he do his best to make sure the rest stop he’d be dropping us off at was a clean and safe one, but he even helped us change our spare tire so that we could drive the rest of the way to our destination.While we were riding in his tow truck, Charlie even offered us the ability to play our own music through Bluetooth! He was really nice and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been.I would highly recommend this tow truck driver to anyone who needs help. He is a true professional and a great guy.Charlie, if you see this, thank you so much for your help! And you're crushing it with your self-improvement – it’s obvious you’re a strong-willed and good-hearted person.”
