I tour Ohio courthouses. This one sits in an impressive location and looks imposing. However, up close it just looks tired. The interior has the look of faded glory, but it needs paint and polish. Furthermore, why is your Bicentennial Bell displayed backwards with the Harrison County information nearest the wall?

terribly corrupt leadership. i was ticketed for 70 in a 55.. on a 4 lane highway, at night alone with no one else around. i didnt see the speed. total speedtrap.
