“I had a great experience at Bud's. Chris is great to work with. I drove it, I wanted it, I bought it. My purchase could not have gone any smoother. Thanks Bud's & Zibrida! Highly recommended!”

“I cannot recommend Seth highly enough. I reached out twice because I was having issues with my car, and both times he was able to fit me into his schedule in the same day. He recharged the AC, tracked down and cleaned up the electrical grounds and connections, cleaned up and patched some rust, cleaned the battery terminals, and even put a protective coating on the grounds and battery to help prevent future corrosion. What really stood out to me was how thorough he was. He noticed things that weren't even part of the original problem and took the time to address them. The bill was WAY below what I expected for the amount of work he put into the car. I honestly expected to pay considerably more, especially for how much time he spent on it. Seth is honest, thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and clearly takes pride in doing things right. I will absolutely be going back to him for any future work and recommending him to everyone I know. I have never had such a positive experience with a mechanic.”

“We bought a 2021 Cadillac XT5 from Austin, today. I just wanted to give a big thank you to you for who you are, as a man of God, as a brother, as a professional. You made buying our car so easy and memorable. It was worth the two hour drive. Also, Kevin the sales manager was wonderful to deal with too. Everyone was great! I will be back! Thank you once again, Austin. I really needed you as my salesman today. Peter.”

“A year ago a different body shop replaced my truck rear wheel fender due to rust. Looked great but rust came back through because the other body shop did not undercoat the welds to prevent rust. Brought it to Chapmans and Matt did a fantastic job replacing the wheel well area and undercoated everything. Also had purchased a used bed topper which was a different color than my truck. Matt and his crew repainted the topper. It matches perfectly! Top notch work in a timely manner for a great price! From now on only Chapmans will do my body work.”

“Scott has always done great work, we work at a franchise Chrysler dealership and send him overflow as well as brand X work and his turnaround time is fair, his price is fair; and he stands behind his work. What else could you ask for?”

“Everyone was very friendly! Process was quick and easy; solid vehicle for a solid deal! We brought our toddler with us, and they were so accommodating and kind to him, they got him snacks and a sucker, and let him play. It means a lot to me, was definitely a great experience and I would definitely recommend them!”

“I brought my 1994 ford F-250 7.3 IDI in and talked to Jeff the owner about a fuel leak I’ve been trying to get fixed for a couple years, Jeff wasted no time getting my truck back onto the road. He mentioned parts taking up to a week to ship, and sure enough a week later I have the keys and no leaks. Awesome service and I strongly recommend going here!”

“My experience was more than wonderful, my car broke down out of state on my way to visit my daughter. The owner stayed in good communiction with me the whole time while working on it, was upfront and honest about the price. He also worked diligently knowing I lived in another state and needed the vehicle as soon as possible. Highlights reccomend this business”

“This was one of my best experiences I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I found the vehicle my husband wanted on Cargurus.com. The vehicle was being sold by Kerns, which was 1 1/2 hours from our home. We would have drove or flown anywhere for a vehicle. We however in the end decided to go here. I am a difficult customer as I know exactly what I want and exactly how I want it done. This did not deter them from selling me the vehicle of our choosing. They stayed with it and remained pleasant. Gary had good answers and was not pushy. The finance manager Rich was very professional and "sincerely" wanted to help make the deal go smoothly. Most everything was done via email and phone calls. By the time we arrived the next day in Celina the paperwork was neatly prepared. It was just a matter of signing and out the door. This took less than 20 minutes. I believe had they not been so busy it would have taken even less time. They knew our time was limited and they took this into consideration. Not only was the paperwork ready but the truck was washed and presented to us ready to go. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I see myself buying another vehicle from these guys some day. If you are looking for a great deal, with NO hassle, and friendly "HONEST" people then this is where you go.”

“Dick always finds a way to get anything you bring him fixed!!! He really goes out of his way!! We need more shops like his around instead of ones in lima that like to tell you your stuff is not fixable and then you trade it in on a new one and a week later yours is out for sale for a 1000 dollars more than what you got in trade.”

“Phenomenal Pricing! I needed new tires for my vehicle, they were able to have them next day and get me on the schedule! I was not going to be able to make my appointment and they said they were able to actually pick it up and deliver back to me for FREE! They got my new tires on and had my paperwork and vehicle ready before I got off to pick it up. Super easy process and friendly people! That you for making it so easy!”
