“A year ago a different body shop replaced my truck rear wheel fender due to rust. Looked great but rust came back through because the other body shop did not undercoat the welds to prevent rust. Brought it to Chapmans and Matt did a fantastic job replacing the wheel well area and undercoated everything. Also had purchased a used bed topper which was a different color than my truck. Matt and his crew repainted the topper. It matches perfectly! Top notch work in a timely manner for a great price! From now on only Chapmans will do my body work.”

“Bought a truck a couple months back from here. Was cheapest price for the truck I could find around. Because the truck was priced lower than the price point they aim to sell at they didn’t touch it and was basically as it was when traded in with a weird strong smell which I found the source of when cleaning it. If they would’ve gave it some attention I’d give them 5 stars.”

“I purchased a brand new 2024 gmc at4 duramax and from the factory the rear door was never even connected to the handle so I was never able to open the rear door from day one. Also the truck was delivered to me with the steering wheel being off to the left about 3 inches, which when you spend almost 100k dollars on a truck is kinda ridiculous. But Brandon the service guy at kerns took the truck in and had both items fixed and the truck back to me the same day with no issues.”

“This was one of my best experiences I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I found the vehicle my husband wanted on Cargurus.com. The vehicle was being sold by Kerns, which was 1 1/2 hours from our home. We would have drove or flown anywhere for a vehicle. We however in the end decided to go here. I am a difficult customer as I know exactly what I want and exactly how I want it done. This did not deter them from selling me the vehicle of our choosing. They stayed with it and remained pleasant. Gary had good answers and was not pushy. The finance manager Rich was very professional and "sincerely" wanted to help make the deal go smoothly. Most everything was done via email and phone calls. By the time we arrived the next day in Celina the paperwork was neatly prepared. It was just a matter of signing and out the door. This took less than 20 minutes. I believe had they not been so busy it would have taken even less time. They knew our time was limited and they took this into consideration. Not only was the paperwork ready but the truck was washed and presented to us ready to go. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I see myself buying another vehicle from these guys some day. If you are looking for a great deal, with NO hassle, and friendly "HONEST" people then this is where you go.”
