Sometimes you need just a little patience. She has returned all my calls. The only point about this bank that I don't like is the hours. I don't think they're open long enough but they do have an ATM. There are others there that can help as well with loans.”

I went to another bank earlier in the week, actually the bank I have my personal account at, and the man I spoke to was not helpful or friendly I left feeling super discouraged and stressed out with no business account. Our phone call to city national, with Diane, was less stressful then dealing with him. We went in on Friday and sat down with Mikal Ely and I instantly felt so much better about everything! She was super helpful and sweet and really friendly!! She even offered to give me a piece of her spider plant! (Which we forgot about by the time we left 😔 lol) I highly recommend going to them if you want to bank with people who actually care!!! Also I will be switching my personal account to city national as well!! Thank you guys so much!!!”
