4-stars because it's good at being want it is trying to be. The food isn't the best. It's decent, but it's fast and cheap, and you can't do much better at that price.

We ordered ahead on a Thursday at lunchtime. The place wasn't super busy and we were helped quickly. Interior is super dated but it's a nostalgic kind of feeling. Food was great but they only took cash.
