We adopted a dog over a year ago and it was a great experience. The experience was not perfect, but the important thing is they are a dedicated group of volunteers wanting to do the rights thing for the dogs.

I have adopted three dogs from Secondhand Mutts. They are very thorough, as I would hope for and expect from a quality rescue, in checking references. Their main concern is choosing the best home for each dog. They will have my support as long as they are in business and I hope to adopt from them again.
