Love driving across town when they say they’re open at 7am and they’re dead closed at 7:25

Website says they are open at 7am, it's 7:45, every open/neon sign is flashing. Door is locked. No one will pickup phone, voicemail not setup.Edit. I went back to give it another chance and it's still not open when it says it is. Place seems suspicious.
