Slowest ER possible don’t come here if you need help

This is the second time at tripoint emergency center in the last two years. Both times we left after sitting for over three hours in cold rooms and feeling like we were a bother. The receptionist however was very nice.

If I could go lower I would, 6 hours for some ibuprofen, they didn’t want to really listen to what I was saying, on top of that told me I would get my discharge papers then still a hour later and no papers, and I haven’t ate I just want some food at this point
