We use Concentrated for employee drug testing and urgent care. They are close by, never a long wait and very professional. Perfect for our small business.

Very bad experience with DOT physical. Requiring me to do sleep study when no other doctor has required it. Dr went way out on her recommendations and was ridiculous. Would not recommend this place unless you want excessive tests done!

If your doing a DOT Physical STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!. They found mynute sugar in urine.. had to go to my physician for blood work and my doctor cleared me all good. Came back with papers from my doctor and they did another urine test all clean. Would only give me a 1 year instead of two. What a fking jerk.
