Truck entrance on gate 2 close to the building where the car parking is, do not go to gate 1, hard to u turn. Fast loading

When I went to visit due to quality issues, there was no one in charge, even though I had informed them of the date and time in advance.Is this how you guys do it?

Very nice place for pickup. They just load in 10 minutes. They are good to the drivers and other customers.
