However, it's important to pick vehicles that have a good reliability record. They can't be responsible for vehicles that are inherently Unreliable. It's a good idea to consult resources such as Consumer Reports to look at long-term reliability and look for those models at Brims. That said they generally try to pick more durable and desirable vehicles.”

He also keeps overall safety in mind and fixed/replaced a part that could affect another part of the car or could have caused a bigger problem while driving in traffic. “I was helped a month or two ago by a wonderful man named Logan while I was stranded on the side of the road. I had been told over the phone that it would be at least a two-hour wait before help arrived, and since it was getting dark and I was alone, I was feeling extremely anxious.
Logan arrived much sooner than expected and immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. He was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient while changing my tire. On top of that, he took the time to explain my next steps and answer my questions, which I truly appreciated.
