Went there today and needed a set screw to finish putting a brand new refrigerator together...credit card machine was down...they had the screw and helped me out regardless of not having the CC machine up and running...Thank you very much Fastenal

Customer service is good for the most part. Get me what I need in a timely manner. Don’t seem to have a lot in stock.

Generally have a Pretty good stock If not in Current stock they can get it pretty quickly Staff is helpful And very customer-oriented Overall a very pleasant experience
