“I come here almost everyday for Gatorades energy drinks and different snacks. They have a huge selection of beer, energy drinks, sodas everything you need. You don't even need to leave your car. Just pull through. Tell them what you want. Pay and you're on your way!!!!! Everyone here is super nice, especially the owner. Thank you so much for being a big part of Grove City and making my experiences 100% awesome!!!!!! Keep up the great work. There's a reason why they have a 4.9 rating on Google. They're doing everything right!!!!!”

“The very best pharmacy I have used since moving to Ohio. A chain pharmacy but definitely the feel of a smaller pharmacy with every one of the staff I have met being extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have gone I believe above and beyond for me. I have a complex medication history and they have been on top of it every single time a change in anything is made. Will even call just to verify things with me. I think the whole staff is extremely efficient and excellent at what they do. Thank you for all you help.”

“I mistakenly put my credit card in the slot marked "scan" at the pump.I tried to get it out, but could not.I went into the store and told the woman behind the cash register what had happened.She got out a needle nose pliers to help me. I tried with those, but still couldn't reach it.An employee was there and said she would come out to help me.We finally came up with an idea to try a little pair of scissors.She was able to grab my card.I was so grateful to the two women who helped me out. I don't know their names but they know who they are.Thank you so much.”
“The owner is my brother from another mother this is the best grocery store around these parts and I always buy my gas and food here! Plus the have live bait id your going fishing and firewood if your going camping! All around great store out in the middle of nowhere! Away from city people”
“The Manger an assistant manager are grate help with any problems you may have within about the store an with any worker's an I think they deserve a raise for the way they handle bad customers an all the stock they have to put up in the morning when the other employees are not at work yet”

They have an tire air station and a store, like most Speedway. Convenient to highway. I’m glad to see they’ve done away with the music and advertising that used to come out automatically from payment area of pumps.”

“There's a pharmacy cashier who has the best customer service skills! He recognizes me every time, despite it being 3 months in between visits. He's friendly and kind. I get reminder text so I know when I absolutely have to pick up my medicine. This location is busy, but the line usually is pretty fast; typically I can get in/out in about 10 minutes.”
“Smaller location compared to the N high street location that i was used to. Short staffed on most occasions. Be prepared to wait in line. Lots of candy and drink options. Little cold beer fridge. Wine also available.”

The daytime service ppl are more busy and is understandable, but we are still human and don't appreciate being pushed aside just BC they assume we understand and ready to move on to next person in line. They helped us understand the loyalty w/o a card. Got my stuff cheaper and out the store quicker with no anxiety. Friendly and courtesy of employees.”

“Went inside to pick up an online order. The employee greeted me with a big smile and got my order. There were only two bags but the one bag was VERY heavy. There were several bottles of laundry soap, fabric softener, shampoo, and bodywash in the bag. It was entirely too heavy. There was no call for that. I am disabled and it was hard for me to carry it to my car. I did have it in a cart going out of the store, but putting it in the car and carrying it into my house was very difficult. Shame on whomever packed my order. The employees need to be trained better for online order packing that's for sure. Even the employee had a hard time getting my order off the shelf.”
“There wa some miscommunication between the prescribing Dr. and the pharmacy. Dr. Called in and Pharmacy filled all before they closed at 1:30pm. Thankful they were able to fill so quickly so we were able to make it to our 2pm appointment. Thank you!”

“I love Ernie's! The staff are wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating! They have a tremendous variety of local and (usually) hard-to-find craft beers and wine, but Ernie's solved the problem, as they regularly offer unique and local products, and always so helpful, polite, and catering. Their hours are the same too, every day of the week, which makes it very easy to add into any routine.”
