WHEN YOU HAVE ELDERLY PATIENTS TO CHECK IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR, PLEASE FIR THE LOVE OF GOD, DONT SIT THERE AND HAVE A CASUAL CONVERSATION WITH A DRUG REP!!!. ( yes this was in all caps for a reason)
