Recently we had an unfortunate situation with one of our fur babies, and Dr. Bando was on top of it, and did emergency surgery. Dr. Sears and his staff are lovely and kind people. They don't push unnecessary procedures or treatments and are very clear about what they will do for treatment and the next steps toward successful treatment, or if further evaluation is needed.
I really appreciate the honesty and care that the whole team provides.

“Everyone is wonderful here! My 3 dogs likes everyone there. It is easy to make an appointment.The veterinarins are wonderful! Dr Jay & Dr. Nikki take the time to explain everything when your pet is not feeling their best. If your pet needs surgery, they will let you know if it is something they can do there or give you a referral.
I have had experiences with other places that just treat you like a number and they do not seem to care about the welfare of your animals just as long as they can collect as much money as they can and still cannot tell you what is wrong.

They were patient and kind and you can tell they really love the animals In there care. We really appreciated the photo updates during the day too. Our Huckleberry is healing very well and we will be bringing our cat for her yearly shots.”
“This place is awe some i have some feral cats out in my backyard and garage, a mama cat had 5 kittens last January. I got them fixed and relocated before i could catch her through the summer. It was hard to do. She was pregnant again and delivered 2 more babies. Went to cat welfare? Got vouchers. Mamma cat fix for $20. One babie is fixed one more to fix, they are a blessing, wonderful bunch of people. But it a process but it's worth it”

“I’ve been taking my cat here for a few years. As of today I’m now taking my newest member of the family (another cat) here as well. I bring them for annual exams, I’ve brought Charlie for an injury after a cat fight, and now have the new kitty scheduled here to be neutered in a couple of weeks. I’ve only seen Dr. Turley, he works efficiently and has thorough conversations about pet care and concerns. I appreciate the receptionist (unfortunately, can’t remember her name) who is always kind to my babies and seems to love cats.”
“Been going here for a couple years now and every once in a while you run into vets who make it clear they have zero intention of doing anything but the bare minimum of human interaction. The vet we saw made us feel like they did not want to be there. Will most likely be taking our cats to another clinic going forward.

“If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. I cannot fully express the gratitude my family has for this establishment and the incredible staff who helped us today.
Early this morning our dog began choking, and as we tried to figure out how to help him, we quickly realized it was a medical emergency. My husband rushed him to one clinic but was turned away because they were not open and there was no doctor available. He then came here, and although the clinic was also not open and there was no doctor on site yet, the staff did not hesitate for a moment to step in and help.
Every single person there immediately jumped into action, doing everything they could with their knowledge and training while also calling the veterinarian to get further guidance. The compassion, urgency, and genuine care your team showed in such a heartbreaking moment meant more to our family than words can ever truly express.
In one of the hardest moments our family has experienced, your staff showed kindness, empathy, and a willingness to help without hesitation. We are incredibly grateful for the effort, compassion, and humanity they showed us today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“I want to take the time to express the wonders of this clinic. I’ve taken my dogs here for years and have always had a nice experience. I’ve recently had some dental issues with my elderly cat and I can honestly say that I don’t think I could trust anyone but Dr Mike. Dr Mike and his crew are detailed from the first step, making sure to get all their information correct. Dr Mike is respectfully straight forward with the intention of educating and advocating for your pets best life. He helped set up multiple surgery’s to help with my cat’s pain management and after the third session, my cat has shown improved in health and energy. He sits down with you and shows you X-rays, photos, and explains what he did and that makes me feel good knowing what exactly went on during each surgery. They always call and inform you of their plan before the surgery, cost is straight forward, and I can always count on Dr Mike giving me a call 3 days after a surgery just to make sure my cat is doing okay. Consistency is key, and they have what I feel is a great routine. The girls up front make me feel that they truly love my cat, and know how much an animal means to their person. Highly recommend you come here for pet care.”
“The care has been good, but wish I'd been recommended by the vet to get generic carprofen from chewy for $24 dollars instead of the $96 dollars for a month supply from Winchest Veterinary Clinic. Live and learn, I guess..”

“This vet has a lot of medical expertise and has solved problems with my cats that another vet was too slow to act on. They helped give one of my cats live an additional six months when he was in kidney failure. I wonder if he would have started here, maybe his issues would have been addressed earlier and perhaps he would have never gotten to the point of kidney failure at all. I trust them with my furry loved ones.”
