“The property manager, Rod is completely amazing in his role. I moved here from Florida and Rod saved me. I started in a studio and now in a 1-1 apartment. If anything is wrong in my apartment it is pretty much handled same day. Recently my washer broke and I had a new one within 48 hours. The maintenance men have also done a great job, communicating and updating me during repairs. Thank you for everything, Rod.”

“My experience living here for 3 years has been positive. Some updates could be made to the buildings, but they are maintained and clean. The neighborhood in and out of the complex is quiet. The grounds hold plenty of trees and look nice. The maintenance team are quick to the job when you need them and do good work. The office team are friendly and accommodating.”

“I recently moved into Fox Chase Apartments, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Moving is usually stressful enough on its own, but Linda and Heather made the entire move-in process so much easier than I expected.
They were both friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I really appreciated how welcoming they were and how willing they were to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and want people to feel comfortable in their new home.
When I got the keys and walked into my apartment, I was really pleased with how clean and well-prepared everything was. It was such a good feeling to move in and actually feel excited about getting settled instead of having to deal with a bunch of issues right away.
I know a lot of people have concerns when moving into a new apartment, but my experience with Fox Chase has been a very positive one. Linda and Heather really made a great first impression, and I’m grateful for how smoothly they helped everything come together.
So far, I’m very happy with my decision to make Fox Chase my new home. If the move-in experience is any indication of what living here will be like, I think I’m going to be very happy here!”
