“Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, gets parts quite quickly when needed.
I used to be an AutoZone guy, but I've since learned that the true car guys work at O'Reilly. This location in particular is very helpful at finding parts, and ordering or getting them in-store quickly. Really helped me in a pinch a couple times as I was working an engine swap and needed a few things quickly so the project didn't get slowed down.”

“Drop the battery off a few weeks ago to get it charged up then we got the snow storm and O'Reilly's misplaced the battery or send it for recycling.
Gentleman by the name of Brandon address the issue took responsibility and rectified the situation by giving me another battery I didn't have to ask he said it was the right thing to do.
I couldn't have agreed more and I take responsibility for my part and not picking it up sooner.
Great experience and management should be lucky to have someone like Brandon with great communication skills

“I visited this store a couple weeks ago to get some parts for my escalade. I was greeted with smiles from both men working that morning and welcomed into store. Kenny waited on me that morning and helped me get the right parts I needed for my vehicle. Kenny also got me the fluids I ask for that I needed as well.. Not only was he very helpful and kind. He even carried a heavy part I bought that day to my car for me without me even asking for his help.. This I call service and great respect for the customers. Thanks again Kenny for all your help . I definitely will return to this store if in need of other parts.”

“I came in on a Sunday afternoon, just after a stupid carwash damn near ripped my driver's side mirror off my truck. I needed to leave the next morning for my 7hr drive home. Connor is the man! He came outside, looked at the situation and came up with a temporary solution that would get me home safe! He was very kind and helpful when he didn't have to be. Thanks man!”

“There's a couple guys that are always nice and helpful and friendly. There's also a couple of ladies that work there that are really nice friendly and helpful”
