“well priced compared to other shops in the area besides the Walmart car center, but nobody should go there anyways.
my only complaint is; I brought a car in at a scheduled time but was told that my car would sit until next available mechanic so scheduling is a bit vague, don't expect to get your car in, done and out in an hour, expect to drop it off and have to go pick it up.
Not a major complaint though, good service, good staff.
Wheels were torqued to spec mostly, one lug nut was a bit under torqued”

I recently was concerned about my vehicles' transmission, and they quelled all my concerns about it, identifying the true issue with my vehicle. Parma Transmission rebuilt the vehicle's transmission almost a year ago, to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Peter and the guys for your transmission needs.”
“Staff was approachable and kind. Knowledgeable and patient. One of my favorite things was the photos the sent me after the assessment of my truck. I had no doubts that the work was going to be honest and efficient. Taking the extra time to send photos with recommendations on the fix, the quote cost and issues discovered (not necessarily in that order) was icing on the cake.
Recently, my rear brakes were bad and all 4 tires replaced. For the tires, they sent me 3 different quotes on 3 different sets of tires, based on what I was looking for. I’ve never experienced this before. It was a breath of fresh air.
All around great service, clean and decorated lobby with beverages, chairs and entertainment while you wait. A true Blue Collar business: working hard and taking care of people. Cars aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I know my truck will be taken care of when she needs some extra attention.

“Took my vehicle here after I was told by a Dealership that my car needed a new transmission and the dealer quoted me a very high price. Ben at Enhanced Transmissions drove my car so he could listen to and feel the transmission. He told me that there is nothing wrong with my transmission, and that the dealership was trying to get one over on me. Ben was very honest, and listened to all of my concerns. “I moved to Cleveland 3 years ago, and one of the biggest pains of moving is finding a good garage. So many of them are either predatory, lazy, or incompetent. Starr was the second garage I went to. They diagnosed an uncommon issue quickly and repaired it in no time once the part came in. Since then I've come to them for every issue. They always find a solution that is both affordable and effective.
Their prices are always reasonable and they get things done quickly. My family is full of mechanics (they just all live in other states,) and I promise you, if these guys tell you it costs $700, it would probably cost twice that at a bigger place. I lucked into a great garage. I'll bring my car here as long as I live in Cleveland.”
