Has a sense of humor to keep even the more difficult visits lighthearted. After our one dogs passed away he found out through the oncologist and he sent us a sympathy card in the mail. That was very touching & thoughtful. I would recommend bringing your dog here 100/100 times. Very very fair pricing too & appointments can typically be made without needing to wait long.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Neal Sivula & Danicing Paws. Can’t say enough positive things about our appointment. Dr. Sivula is extremely knowledgeable & caring. He listens, and knew everything about why we were there. I have been looking for an holistic vet for a long time that uses the same approach themselves . Additionally he simplified our process (we home-cook food for dogs, have used slightly cooked raw, etc.) he reduced the amount of junk supplements . he also made recommendations & gave info for processes & products that he doesn’t sell, in other wards he wasn’t trying to sell us more processes through dancing paws. I hope to never need cancer help, or major illnesses, though i now know who our first call will be to! I strongly recommend Dancing Paws & Dr Sivula!”

Nicholl, Dr. Alex, and Dory are such wonderful veterinarian professionals and are so tolerant of my hyper-licking, clingy boy and so in love with my biscuit-making, purring cat. I cannot imagine putting my dog and cat (and all future animals) in better hands than Tremont Clinic. Tucker and Honeybee love you all so much! The clinic's text feature on their app has come in handy. I was able to text them immediately when Tucker got injured, and they advised me on how to proceed and when to schedule an appointment with them based on symptoms.”

“Paws Play-CLE is the best home away from home! I have had to go to Cleveland Clinic a couple of times (traveling from Indiana) and Max & Alayna’s Paws Play has enabled me to bring my Yorkie with me. I hated the idea of boarding him. We were able to register ahead of time, then on the morning of my doctor appointments, we took him for his evaluation and he stayed the day. When my appointments were done we picked up a very happy, exhausted ?, puppy and went back to the hotel. Next day, repeat! ?????”

“We boarded our dog Gus for a six-day stay with the B&B Pet Resort last week. The staff went out of their way to take care of him. He is a Shepherd/Husky mix that gets very nervous around strangers, so this was not an easy proposition. The staff tries real hard to make him comfortable (especially when he decides to go on one of his starvation diets!) and my wife and I greatly appreciate the attention given to him. We highly recommend them and plan to board him there for our next vacation and for all of our future needs. Thanks to all the staff again!!!”

“I'm grateful for Gateway! The staff is friendly, and tremendously helpful. My last visit with one of my pups cemented them as our sole provider for both of our dogs. Our oldest Killjoi was suffering from skin irritations & Hot spots. Dr. Christine (whom i adore!!!) communicated with me in a way I just genuinely appreciated, she laid out a plan, and provided options to help resolve his issues not just at the moment, but going forward and provided info for what to look out for in the future to avoid flare ups. I learned so much about him in Dr Christine and I's short but thorough convo. Honestly I wanted to give them 4 stars, ONLY and SOLELY because I can't make advanced appointments and maximizing my time is BIG for me as a small business owner. HOWEVER their new system for accepting appointments every day is pretty sufficient and it was a REALLY smooth check-in process. Once I arrived, we practically walked right in to see the Doc. What used to be a day long experience was max an hour long. Again, I'm grateful for gateway! If you're looking for a clinic to care for & about your furry friend and be cost efficient, they're it!”

“I've been taking my anxious dog to them for roughly 12 years. They staff is, for the most part, super friendly and quick to service you whether it's on the phone or in person. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I just have two complaints. 1) the website and the answering machine have different versions of what their open hours are and they don't respond to emails/messages on their site or to voicemails that are left 2) while the vets are always nice and clearly care about your pet, the turnover rate is crazy and you're never informed about any changes. You show up and suddenly have a new vet.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartels! We started bringing our chow chow Kirby for grooming there after a terrible and traumatizing experience at her old groomer. Laura is kind, attentive, and so talented. She calls me with updates and makes Kirby feel so comfortable. Now both our dogs will always go here for vetting AND boarding! We boarded them here for the first time this weekend while we were occupied with our wedding. After explaining how nervous I was leaving them due to a previous freak accident that led to our bull terrier Baylor going missing for two weeks, the staff made sure we received text and picture updates multiple times a day to calm my nerves. Josh spent some extra time getting to know Baylor which was beyond sweet. Usually our pups can’t wait to come home after a weekend away from us, but this time I think they wanted to stay and hangout with their new friends!
