However, this practice has taken one of the most painful, frightening experiences I've ever dealt with and approached it with so much empathy and care. They take time to answer questions, they give you treatment options and are up-front about all possibilities. Of course, I wish I was never in this boat, but with that being said, I'm thankful that my baby has such a good care-team. My dogs do very well with drop off and pick up here as well. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. “MONEY HUNGRY VET!!!!!!Moved out of state and needed Rx cat food ASAP as cats were out of food. They would NOT fill the Rx to get food. Unless they were seen. (Because it had been a year and a half). MY other cat was seen less than a year ago. They didn't care. I was with this vet since 2007 I guess that didn't mean anything to them and how much money I gave them in vet bills. I seen a change after a certain Dr. Left it so sad. Now my cat with stones may get them back. Thanks alot for not helping. Untilbi could get a vet in my state”
