But I didn't know what he was talking about...he told me to go to PSC they would help....soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with "How can I help you sir" I explained the problem and I am sure he knew I was no mechanic...but he figured out what, I needed and after my 2hr drive to my Stepson within ten minutes I was back in my Way home and so was my stepson...if it had not been for PSC I might still be trying to get my stepson and his truck home. “I ordered online. I purchased this alternator for my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3 liter. It was a guaranteed fit. The wire connections were not in the same places. Therefore I had to undo part of the wire harness plus cut a wire tie holding the battery cable. This made the wiring reach the correct place. Not great but good for what I got and the price I got it. The stud for connecting the battery cable is much smaller than OE.”
