Branch manager is insane, she entrapped me in her bank against my will while locking a customer out who wanted to close his accounts and withdraw his funds.

Worst customer service I've seen in awhile. Most of them are rude and don't know what they're doing. They also never answer the phone no matter the time of day or how busy they are.

I don't like being forced to go to the ATM inside the bank to deposit large sums of money I know from past experiences with depositing money and the ATM sometimes it doesn't work right and it may keep some of your money or it does not take it all and it takes way longer to do it that way then if you would go to a teller
