Charge for items not ordered, send only head gear, when needed frame. Explained what I wanted didn't get. Took so long to get. Ordered from an online only store. At my door in 2 days

Terrible!!! I have been trying for months to order C Pap equipment. I have visited their office on Central Ave. 3 times and was told two times that someone would call me before the end of the day. I never received a call. Apparently that is the only way you can order equipment.
