“I commute over two hours every day, so when one of my 20-inch Falken Wildpeaks started leaking air, I was incredibly stressed. I initially took my truck to Discount Tire, and they completely refused to touch it, claiming the hole couldn't be patched. They basically told me I'd have to shell out big money for a brand new replacement.
Thankfully, I brought it over to Neace Tire on Valley Street for a second opinion. The crew there was fantastic. Instead of trying to upsell me on an expensive new tire, they actually took the time to look at the problem. They were able to get the tire fully patched up for just $30. It’s holding pressure perfectly now.
They provide extremely affordable and quality service without the corporate runaround. If you need an honest tire shop that actually wants to help you out instead of just making a quick buck, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

They pulled the engine on my diesel truck and replaced the oil pan and fixed other things that another shop broke and the other shop tried twice to replace oil pan but it leaked both times. Randy is so knowledgeable and explains what is wrong and how they’ll fix it so well. They take lots of pictures too so you can see what needs fixed. Only place I trust now.”

“It's interesting seeing so many women leaving bad reviews because my experience as a woman was the exact opposite. I received great customer service immediately as I stepped out of my car. No extra bells and whistles, he got straight to the point and took action to repair my tire, which is what I was there for. He got it up on the lift, took my tire off, repaired it, put it back on, and got me back on the road in 10-15 minutes. All of my interactions were pleasant. They seemed like typical bluecollar guys - no muss, no fuss, but lots of joking and banter. Hopefully I won't hit another nail, but in the event I do I know exactly where to go for help.”
“Had a great experience at Muffler Brothers. The service was quick, honest, and a great value. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsells.
What really stood out was the shop manager, Tim Chandler. It was a hot day, and he went out of his way to turn on the AC in the waiting area to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. That kind of personal attention and customer service is hard to find these days.

“If you're coming in off the highway the docks are going to be on your Blind Side but there's a truck turn around about half a mile down the road so you can turn around come back and sight side to the dock. You'll be blocking traffic as your back into the dock but the road isn't that busy. I was here at 7:00 a.m. and traffic wasn't too bad maybe one or two cars every couple of minutes. They got me unloaded fairly quickly. However unloaders don't arrive until 7:30 but the people who were here told me where to back in so I was backed in by the time they got here.”

I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”

“I was driving from Columbus to Chicago when I got a flat. Had the spare put on and was driving back to Columbus late when I drove past Fix All. Jon was outside in the lot but the shop had already closed. I told him my scenario and he stayed late to patch my flat tire quickly and get me back on the road. I wouldn’t have been able to drive to visit my parents without his help. Very selfless to sacrifice his night to help me in need. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone for great advice and quick, quality service.”
