I love shopping at home goods because of all the awesome finds and deals. The lines have been extremely long recently but I imagine it has lot do with the lack of staffing everywhere due to the pandemic. The staff that are working there though are helpful and friendly!

Very poor management at this location, disrespectful interaction with customer over a 4 day return on a high dollar piece of furniture, embarrassing assistance inability to help move furniture back into store, and sad oversight of actual return at register. Buyers beware of purchasing furniture at Austin landing store.

If you go here be prepared to say excuse me A LOT. This store is packed with items. Thats a good thing.. i went on a Thursday at 1 pm. I waited 30 minutes to check out. I love this store however i feel everyone else does too..
