“Had a lengthy experience trying to buy a 3500HD truck. If GM would just communicate with their dealers better it would really make things a lot less complicated for all involved. We had to wait for things to work thru the model and color change on the HD trucks, which the dealer has no control over. Mike Schlosser was excellent during the whole process from explanations to communication. He made the whole process very easy, even when the ordering system would not cooperate! I would highly recommend dealing with him if you are in the market for a new vehicle.”
