“In comparison to my regular Blue Ash (Hunt Rd) Kroger, this Mt. Orab store is outstanding! While I do not use the pharmacy regularly, I have never had an issue with a call ahead pick up. Deli area is well staffed and employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and great produce department. While the checkout lines can be long in the summer and close to holidays, I always use self checkout. The employees are helpful and quick to respond for issues. My favorite Kroger in greater Cincy area.”

“Good selection of all kinds of product, great freshly cooked subs and pizza. Best thing on the menu are their HUGE salads! Only complaint would be they use to carry 30 packs of Natural Light and now for some reason they only carry 24 packs?”

“A great gas station for the middle of nowhere they sell food that's really tasty they have bait for fishing and I have all the other amenities you expect from a gas station the staff is very friendly and they're always willing to go out of the way to help you find what you need. There's not much else in Buford but if you're in the area and need gas stop in”

“The owner of this food court is such a kind, caring individual! He genuinely loves being able to provide a great experience, and he takes pride in making sure the facility is clean, the food is good, and his customers are happy. There is a play area for the kids, which makes it a great place to go to let them get some energy out! Ice cream tops off the experience. Love it!”

“We stopped in to get my grandma some flowers and a Starbucks pick me up. The store has a large selection, gas station, floral department and pharmacy. Lots of clothing, shoes and other household items. You can also find a very large selection of food! I would most definitely recommend it to anyone”

“Thankyou to the manager who saw I left my wallet there and he put it in the safe until I picked it up. Anyone else would not have done that. He saved my life literally! This is for the new location on rt 68 in mount orab. Much appreciative for the manager on duty today!”

“I want to recognize Two of your emplyees. Blake Holman and Ben. (last name ? ). I was wanting to purchase an item in the kitchen ware dept. These little plates or saucers were a set but had no price and they were the last ones. I had picked up a matching platter in last chance aisle. These two gentlemen were kind enough to take time out of what they were doing to help me find a price and were so polite too! I just thought they needed a little recognition and to alert you what great customer service they provided. Thank you, Gloria Cummins”

“I see a lot of bad reviews on here that boils down to irresponsibility on the customers part and expecting the pharmacy staff to be mind readers and automatically know what insurance is their newest one when they never mentioned if they gave the pharmacy their newest insurance information, or expecting complicated transactions to be able to be done in the drive thru (which is only for convenience) or thinking that their doctor’s office knows the pharmacy wait times, or that it’s an inconvenience to wait 30 minutes for a prescription when the pharmacy staff has to do health screenings(which should be your doctor’s responsibility) and vaccines(since doctors offices don’t want to do them or carry the proper vaccines in their office anymore) as well as their regular pharmacy duties to serve thousands of customers and being cursed out and verbally and emotionally abused by customers on an hourly basis. Sounds like many people should be more appreciative and stop acting entitled and learn to be responsible patients and know what medications they are taking and what insurance is their current ones. When a doctor sends over a generic script for “Blood glucose test strips” or Blood glucose meter” because the patient doesn’t tell the doctor which meter is their current meter, I don’t know how customers expect to get the correct product when the pharmacy isn’t notified which one they are using. Be responsible for your medications, people. It’s not pharmacy’s responsibility to do your job for you.”
